We follow all CDC guidelines for cleanliness and sanitation because your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Massage cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the service. A credit card is required to book massage appointments.
All other services may be subject to a cancellation fee.

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at that time. Also, many of our staff members serve in an “on call” capacity and have traveled to the spa specifically for your appointment. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time and lost revenue.
